the pho was fine, these 2 things that soured my experience:

- my spring rolls did not come with dipping sauce
- i first attempted to order from your Chatchefs site, and after I added money to my wallet to pay for the order, there was an error and the order refused to go through. that was probably the most frustrating experience i have had ordering food online. The money is still owing and I am hoping for chatchefs to reimburse me since those funds clearly can't be used - I keep getting an error

Best Pho on 10th! Lovely lady who runs the shop is always polite and happy to serve. The food is tasty, and prices are reasonable. Thank you

Food was tasty as per usual. However, having paid for utensils, and finding none, was a bit of a disappointment. Had to scramble to find chopsticks and spoons.
